So tomorrow is the 4th. Which means there is only 10 days before Richard's birthday. I have some shopping to do. Anyway, tomorrow I have the day off. I plan on doing some riding in the early morning hours. It is not hot, and the horse won't be reluctant. Not that she gives me any problems. I am the only one who she will take direction from. So then we will visit a friend that is in town from the army. He goes back Sunday. Then laying around, and relaxing. Not to mention the fireworks that we will be going to at night. The boys love to see them. In past forth of July's we have been in a hotel overlooking the ocean. We would sit on the balcony and watch all the fireworks across the bay that different towns were having. There had to be at least 6 or 7 different displays. It was awesome. No crowd, No skeeters, and no traffic afterwards. This year, I will miss that. Oh well. There is also the upside of working a booth. Our church is going to hand out pop corn and cotton candy to the community. We are all volunteering for this. We are trying to instill a servant's heart in our children. We took them to the fair and they helped hand out balloons, which they LOVED. It was awesome to see them reach out to people. They couldn't get enough.
Sarah, I tried to comment on the "fireworks" post but comments won't open. I get an error page. Ranger

Hope the fireworks were magnificent - mine were too... the ones I saw right behind my eyelids! Caught part of the Songs of Praise in America when I woke up. Happy 4th
