God in motion

So I am back! Yes it is about time, this I know.  Ever get to see God at work? Usually I tend to see his work after the fact. You know, hind sight is 20/20. This much is true. This past week I had the chance to see God at work as His plan unfolded. This was truely awesome. This past week I had my sister-in-law staying with us. It was nice to see her and the boys really enjoyed her visit. During her stay, she became a christian. She chose the date to come. It happened to be the week of V.B.S. at our church. She had no choice but to attend, since Richard was going to be volunteering. So off she went. She found herself in the kindergarten class helping out. This is cool since she was able to get the Word at the most basic level. Wednesday night at church the pastor preached on the Roman Road. Plain and simple plan of salvation. I could visibly see her struggling. I told Richard that he needed to spend time with her one on one. He took her out to eat with the college and career kids that he teaches. Mind you, Leslie's forst day of college was today. ( I have to call her, note to self) Thursday was parent night at V.B.S. and the pastor pulled her aside and talked to her with me there. It was a long and delicate process. She did accept Christ.That was awesome! God just has everything in his control, and yet again I got the chance to see Him at work. Pray for her. She needs the prayers.
